Updated app is even WORSE

The nytimes app works. Why doesnt this one? It is balky, slow, and the download function DOESNT WORK ANYMORE . But I can get the news ONLY ONLINE. They need to improve it. Very frustrating. IT DOESNT TRACK THE PAPER.

Why is this SO bad? Unbelievable
