App barely worth it, journalism better

The app crashes regularly. Technical support does not answer emails. No login data made available for digital account. Tech support does not answer. Cannot figure out how to unsubscribe. Tech support does not answer emails.

I can find 95% of content from other online sources, many times one or two days earlier. Too bad, I originally studied to be a print journalist. I understand the diminisioning returns for print editions in the digital age. But the Chronicle app itself is questionable.

I cannot decide between one and two stars.
